These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders submitted by you for any item, service or subscription offered to you via the www.uovisioneurope.com website.
On-line Orders
Any order submitted is subject to acceptance by www.uovisioneurope.com.
Only after acceptance by www.uovisioneurope.com by way of an order confirmation the agreement is concluded. All orders for hardware are subject to stock availability.
Price and payment
Prices indicated on the website are including VAT (24%). Products will be delivered outside of Europe at 0% VAT. Web store cashier deducts the VAT automatically based on the country where the given address is found.
You are responsible for any local sales taxes, other taxes and government levies (if any) associated with the order. Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect orders for hardware, software or services made prior to the date of the change.
All orders must be paid through the PAYTRAIL or PAYPAL on-line payment services as made available by www.uovisioneurope.com.
In order to submit orders and use the PAYTRAIL or PAYPAL payment services, you must supply details of your preferred credit card and shipping address to complete the order.

Delivery and risk of loss
Shipping and handling charges (15€) will apply in addition to the price indicated on the website. Shipping is done with reliable Worldwide Shipping by Posti Express Mail Service (EMS). EMS parcel is having on-line tracking number which is showing the parcel movements from our warehouse to your home address.
EMS parcel service includes compensation up to 1680€ for lost or damaged goods. When your order is processed and shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number.
Cancellation Policy
www.uovisioneurope.com allows you to cancel a purchase agreement for hardware for any reason provided that it has not yet been used at any time during the 14 working days following the date of delivery to your delivery address and will refund the purchase price actually paid.
If you choose to cancel the purchase agreement for hardware, you must contact www.uovisioneurope.com during the 14 working days following delivery by e-mail to obtain instruction for return. All returned hardware must have its original packaging, free of all interests, liens and taxes before shipping back to the address provided by www.uovisioneurope.com.
www.uovisioneurope.com may charge you for any directly associated shipping or postage costs incurred.
Privacy
www.uovisioneurope.com will not distribute or sell your personal information, account or transactions to any third party.
Third Party Materials
www.uovisioneurope.com products may make use of third party softwares, telecommunication data services or other content and algorithms. The use of Third Party Materials included in the Products may be subject to other terms and conditions. The official copyright notices and specific licence conditions of these Third Party Materials are to be found their websites.
You hereby agree that the submission of any order implies that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions for any Third Party Materials included in the Products ordered.

Warranty
www.uovisioneurope.com provides 12 months of warranty service for its product against manufacturing defects or malfunctions. If your product fails to function under normal use within 1 year, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product. The purchase receipt must be included from an authorized retailer to validate the warranty. Improper use or own modification of the product resulting in damage is not covered by this warranty.
The manufacturer can provide repair service, after the warranty expiration. The customer will be responsible for any charges on parts, labor and shipping costs. Please contact the manufacturer for more details.
Warranty is not covering battery acid leaks or battery related malfunctions. This Warranty is not transferable.
Force Majeure
Force majeure means circumstances that impede the fulfilment of www.uovisioneurope.com obligations under these Terms and Conditions which are not within www.uovisioneurope.com´s reasonable control, including delayed deliveries and incomplete deliveries by shipping companies beyond www.uovisioneurope.com’s reasonable control. In a force majeure situation all of www.uovisioneurope.com’s obligations shall be suspended.
Should the period in which www.uovisioneurope.com cannot fulfill its obligations as a result of force majeure continue for longer than ninety
(90) calendar days, both parties shall be entitled to dissolve the purchase agreement in writing without there being an obligation to pay any compensation whatsoever arising out of or in connection with that dissolution.
